Door-through-door transportation

We offer non-medical transportation. Our door-through-door service provides for assistance in and out of the vehicle and through the door of pick up and drop off locations.  We can assist you:

• to medical appointments

• outpatient surgery

• grocery shopping

• prescription pickup

• errands

• visiting family and friends

ACCOMPAniMENT Services

We include accompaniment in our senior rides at no extra charge. We don't want you to have to go alone.  Need to stop and pickup a prescription on the way home? No problem, it is our pleasure!

AIRPORT TRANSPORT 

We will provide you reliable and on-time service to or from the airport.  Let us do the drive. 

OUTPATIENT SURGERY & ReHAB

Do you have recurring visits such as:

• Dialysis

• Cancer treatments

• ECT

• Colonoscopy

• Eye surgery such as LASIK, Cataracts, Retinal Disorders, Myopia, Hyperopia, Presbyopia, Keratoconus, and other conditions

subscription Services

We offer senior ride transportation to your recurring activities such as church service, a social group or recurring event.  These can take place weekly, bi-weekly or as often as you need.

Know that at A Golden Ride...

Our AMBASSADORS have:

• undergone background check from SLED

• DMV clearance

• trained in First Aid/CPR

• met all of South Carolina ORS requirements

Our vehicles are clean, comfortable, and allow for easy entry and exit.  

COURIER Services

We can pickup prescriptions, drop off or pickup medical equipment or perform other errands you would prefer not to perform.

Design a day 

We offer private outings to enjoy the town at a local museum, historic plantation or another destination of your choice.  One additional rider/caretaker is included.  Additional guests can accompany for a fee.

Adult Day Care and Physical Therapy

We will take you to and/or from your facility for your physical therapy or your day at adult day care.
